I love that Jan's books keep coming up. I found a small pile of them at the thrift store a few months ago and they are sitting on the shelf. After your comments I am completely itching to read them. Why does there have to be so many books worth reading? And also why am I always so easily distracted away from reading in general?

I too have dreamed of living in Mitford. In fact, when I look around for places to raise our famliy I always look for characteristics similar to Mitford. It's exactly the kind of place I want to my kids to know and love.

The only person I would want to write my story would be Jane Austen. And, that's the only book world I would want to live in too, I think!

Yes, Mitford would be a wonderful place to live. I'd find myself down on the farm a lot. :) Great post.

I keep reading books that take place in like the 1800's and I think that would be kind of neat. In Phillip Pullman's Dark Materials trilogy, you can jump through worlds and that would also be pretty cool.

A world I wouldn't want to live in? any post apocalyptic, or dis-Utopian world obviously...

Hmmm and for who can write my life? Janet Evanvoich and Stephenie Meyer both seem to have my number - I think I could trust them to do me justice. :)
