I'll definitely be picking up a copy of this next time I go shopping. I think learning to <a href="http://www.danadorfman.com/" rel="nofollow">live in the moment</a> and not waste any of them is one of the hardest life lessons we have to learn. Dana Dorfman talks about it in her book The Pink Forest as well with her concept of momentology. Not wasting any moments is something I work hard at every day, because after a couple of heart attacks you realize just how quickly the rest of them can be taken away. Thanks for a great review!
