Did he make it to Mauritania, where they eat goat intestines and organs? I have eaten those and had the cramping stomach to prove it! Ick. I'm so happy to be in Morocco, where the local cuisine is AWESOME! I have heard rumours of dishes of goats' eyeballs during Ramadan though. I love memoirs, when they’re well written, too!
