I think they are great. They always have a good message and get the boys especially interested in books. One of them is on our state's award list for this year. I'll have to look this one up. I know his books have been very popular. It's good to hear a mom's review of them. It's been hard for me to limit Amanda's reading as well -- and I also try to take the age of the characters into account.
