It's all within the fairly pure frame of the Muslim religion, so a woman in a tank top is pretty risque, but there is a lot of girl talk and thoughts and it does go into sexual fantasy (in a mild way). There is also some language. It's definitely not a book for kids, but I suppose it would be appropriate for a high-schooler. Sarah–
