Hachette Book Giveaway for the Election

Would love to read "Goodnight Bush". Regardless of political affiliation, it looks funny! Thanks!

I'd start with reading Goodnight Bush to my son.

I would probably start by reading What You Should Know About Politics…But Don't. I know there's more I should know, but I'm not always sure where to start!

I think I would probably read "Goodnight Bush," because it would be a quick and easy (and probably funny) read. Of the other books I would probably read "Dream in Color" first, because I love reading books about women who are leaders.

I'm interested in The Amercian Journey of Barak Obama… only because I'm a registered Republican and I think that I need to know more about the Democratic nominee before I make my final decision.

I think I'd start with Takeover By Charlie Savage, but that Goodnight Bush might be calling to me more, looks funny but I think you can find it online

I would have to start with Michael Moore's book. His opinions are always interesting.

I would first read :"What You Should Know About Politics . . . But Don't"
I could learn more.

Dream in Color. The Sanchez sisters seem like a very inspiring duo. I'd love to read about what their family life was like growing up.

I am far from knowledgeable about politics, so I would read the Conrad book first. I would probably need it to understand the other books.

I think I'd start with Hard Call- I like reading about people in tough situations.

Think I would dig into Her Way to see what it's all about. My hubby would love to read these books!

This would be a dream prize for me and my boyfriend. These books would give us something to discuss and argue about this winter! The book I am most interested in reading is The Revolution.

I would start with Hard Call. It would be interesting to see who is chosen as the leaders, and what decisions they had to work through. The liberal books would make good presents for mindless friends.

Oh wow! I'd love to read 'The Revolution' by Ron Paul … I can't find it at our local libraries.

I would read The Revolution, by Ron Paul first. Though I can't say that I would have voted for Paul if I were a republican (personally I am a progressive), he always makes an interesting argument regardless of the topic. I am especially fond of Ron Paul's take on foreign Policy, and in this time of economic crisis it would be interesting to better understand a libertarians take on the whole mess.

I'd start off with "Goodnight Bush" because that's one of the things that's making me most happy about this election season. This is an excellent giveaway; I'd love the chance to make my way through all these books.

FEELS like "Party" definitions and beliefs have shifted around under our feet, and less and less clear that there is ANYbody out there that can be trusted… Information, we need information!!

I'd try the Huckabee first. I've heard him recently filling in for Paul Harvey on the radio, and I expect we'll hear a lot more from him over the next four years.

The first that I'd read is "What You Should Know About Politics . . . But Don't"….i love the whole political process and this is one that would give me the most insight about the process and things i wouldn't normally hear.

I would read the Preacher and the Presidents first. Religion is very important to me and I am interested in how politicians mesh their faith with their duties as a public officer.
