		<description>I can do about a week of that kind of cooking and then I have to go back to fruits, veggies and protein less all the added stuff.

We made a fish casserole a few weeks ago and even my daughter said &quot;umm mom there is more cheese than fish&quot; and that was with 2 pounds of fish in the casserole LOL.
