You are so blessed to have parents who read to you when you were a girl. My mom read to me when I was little. She had this huge Children's Bible and we always looked forward to hearing the stories at night. Reading was such a huge part of my life growing up.

What beautiful memories! For me, it was my parents who read to me the most. I am so thankful for the memories I have of me curled up in their laps with a book!

I loved reading this - what a legacy that grandmother left with her granddaughter. It not only encourages us to read, read to our children, our grandchildren, it encourages us to invest in the lives of those around us in big and small ways, knowing God can do great things with it.
