Hmm... I haven't even heard of The Help. I'll have to pick it up! I just finished a book called The Housekeeper and the Professor which was really terrific. I heard they made a movie of it, too, but I think it’s only available in Japan (and in Japanese). If you’re interested, this is my Book Review: The Housekeeper and the Professor.

And that you are more passionate and loyal than I! I think I came off a bit boring and school marmish. Wait, schoolmarms aren’t Grease fans are they??

I think that I forgot you read the Help. But I do think it lends itself to a movie. I’ve already forgotten a LOT. I couldn’t even remember who Celia was at first (she’s the rich lady that Minnie worked for, right?).

And yeah–watch Eat, Pray, Love, because I’ll bet it will be a good film, and I’m sure you’d be irritated if you read the book first (because I think you’d really like the book too).

I still haven’t read Eat, Pray, Love, but I do want to see the movie. I’m thinking that DVD will be the route for me.

And I had NO IDEA that they were making a movie out of The Help. Oh man… you can imagine my excitement, right?? (ha.) We shall see. Perhaps I’ll have forgotten many of the small details so by the time it comes out, I won’t have to get too frustrated.

By the way, our interviews cleared up any possible doubt that you are much more level-headed and well-spoken than I am!
