I have to admit to loving this book as well. My favorite character was off-the-wall, utterly lovable Rob Austin, who, as a 3-4-year-old(?) has the most unique and quirky personality. His little stuffed animal, Elephant’s Child, got me reading that old story and really touched me.

Fun! Again, I’m glad to read your review of this. Makes me think that I shouldn’t stop with A Wrinkle in Time (which I DID NOT understand!) and try something else of hers. You have given me hope . . .
